The Mentality of Inviting to MightyPeople

IT'S MORE ABOUT MENTALITY THAN IT IS ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY

In inviting people it more about just understanding what we are doing and want to do for people. It's about mentality more than exactly what to say. When you are inviting people let them know, we wanna find out what's most important to them and help them with that or find people who can and all we ask is that they be willing to help others.

Very Important (see *** below) for The Review/Summary in a nutshell.

But first... When I say, We wanna let them know we want to find out what's most important to them and HELP them or find others who can. YOU should keep in your mind what we mean by 'HELP THEM'.

1. If we personally know anything that would help them we would share that
2. If we know anyone that would be helpful to him/her we would share that persons contact info.
3. They might find help around The MightyPeople site and using our systems
4. But MAINLY we are 'thinking' we will HELP THEM BUILD A NETWORK OF THEIR OWN. With this method of networking we know eventually they will find the help they needs currently, any help they need in the future, help a lot of others they come in contact with as well as creating monetizing/marketing possibilities. Ways to be able to recycle dollars in the black community, helping all involved and the community as a whole.
   
   They don't really have to understand #4 yet because most people, a lot of times want direct help like #'s 1 & 2, possibly also #3 above. However we may or may not be able to provide that for everyone, right away. You should just be confident when you say we could help them, that we will find help for them by one of the 4 above methods, especially #4.

*** KEY: IMPORTANT SUMMARY

The key is to some how, find out:

• What's most important to them?
• What motivates them?
• What important needs do they have? Important enough for them to take action.

When we find that out, inviting will be easy. You just let them know, you could help them with that. The first thing they should do is join MightyPeople. (Again: they will wonder why you are so willing to help and be suspicious. So you want to let them know, all we ask is that they be willing to help others as well.) .

Todays Xgrowth Message 110309:

Xgrowth is not just about inviting.  You must duplicate yourself.  Activity wise.  You must have others inviting and growing their networks the same as you.  You could invite 10 people a day and if you don't duplicate that with others doing the same, you will forever be stuck with that level of growth.  That is until you get tired and stop.

But if you will get 3 people a day or even per wk and teach those people not only to get 3 but teach others to get 3 and how to get 3, you will not only continue to grow, the pace of your growth will continually increase.  And you will have many times more success.

Your network can be the solid foundation of everything else you doing.  So doing this will ensure your continued growth and success and prosperity.  As well as prosperity for a lot of others in the process.
