Networking 4 economic success, 4 spiritual health, 4 physical
health, 4 support, 4 protection, 4 knowledge, 4 fun, 4 everything! You decide what you wanna network for. I
like to think of it as Networking 4 Successful Living!
Networking For Who!!
World Blacks! Black African Americans, Black Jamaican Americans, Black British Americans, Black Hispanic Americans any Black Americans as well as African and other Black
nationalities around the world. We are not really a minority if we all come together! It's a Small World after all!!
Like Destiny's Child said: No, No, No, No, No! : This is not just for the privileged, successful and educated black
folks anymore! It's not for the high class or middle class, anymore! IT'S FOR ALL OF US!!! The benefits of networking come in unimaginable ways, ways you can't even
foresee. And now no one will need to be left out.
Races, places and faces! Our interest is in working for the needs of The World Black Community! We must know that to effectively network
we especially MUST do so with our own people, first and foremost! But we must also network with people of any all races. America is a country of Diversity and as is
obviously the planet as a whole. We must embrace that diversity without prejudice BUT FROM A POSITION OF STRENGTH and not a postiion of weakness, begging, dependancy or trying
to fit in. We must never loose our identity, value and self love.
So therefore people of any race are welcome to join us. If you understand our focus, are not offended, you value the opportunity to network with our people and feel you have
something to ADD as well, you are welcome to join us.

Networking: Ever look at the credits of a major Hollywood movie lately?
Networking: Ever think about your city, how it came about and continues to thrive &
function?
Networking: Ever wonder, why? Why not me? Why haven't I made it? If only? If only I knew this or that. If only
I knew this person or that person.
Networking: Well how come so many of us, wanna hold each other back. How come so many of us look down on a brotha that stands
up for success and wanna pull `em back down into the bucket with the rest of us crabs. How come when we make it and are successful we forget about all the rest of us still
struggling to succeed, like everythings ok.
Brotha`s and Sista`s, it's time for The WBNWA!

We intend to help all black peoples to overcome the disadvantages
and injustices and inequalities found in America today. It is to make a contribution in helping our country to get one step closer to how it was intended to be, a
country of equal opportunity and justice for all.
We intend to do that by focusing on the needs of the black
community first and working together in all areas of life socially, economically, spiritually, emotionally.
We intend to create synergies and work creatively to solve the
challenges of our people and to take advantage of the freedoms afforded us to excel in the America of the future and the world.
We intend to help and coordinate with blacks from around the
world.
We intend to then from a position of strength encourage others to
continue to work together and we will work with them toward creating unity, harmony and opportunity for all races and peoples.

The Four Fundamental Principles of
The WBNWA
1. We all have
needs
2. We all have value
3. Sharing: matching value to needs
4. Exponential growth
NEEDS: We all have needs. Need for help,
knowledge, motivation, experience, opportunity, advice, things someone else knows or has been through, something they are able to do or you have a need to meet someone they know.
VALUE: We all have value, whether it`s our
experiences, our contacts, our skillz, our availability, our time, our monies (investments), our knowledge, our commonalities & support...and on and
on.
SHARING: If we are all willing to share, guess what? In the process our needs will be met. Let`s just share with the mutual goal of "SUCCESSFUL
LIVING" 4 our peoples, our families and our future, oh and ourselves. It`s simple, Success & Happiness, achieved together. Cooperative
success.
EXPONENTIAL GROWTH: As important
as the networking itself, is the sharing this concept with friends, family, associates, anyone who has a common interest in the success of Black People. The classic, "you tell 2
friends and they tell 2 friends and so on and so on. THIS WILL BE A MAJOR FOCUS. Obviously, it will be easier to find the help you need if there are a million potential people,
willing to help however they can.

Please check out the above book. "Geroge C. Fraser: Success Runs in Or Race". For me, it is the Bible of 'Networking for the African
American Community.' It is an incredible book right from the acknowledgements and it explains almost exactly what it is I'm trying to accomplish.
